Return & Refund Policy
At Dhaka Halal Mart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation included.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
We will inspect it and notify you upon receipt.
After inspection, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be initiated to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
You will receive the refund within a few days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policy.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exceptions
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, vegetables, meat, etc.)
Opened or used items
Discounted or sale items
Custom orders or special delivery products
