If you forgot your password:
Go to the Forgot Password Page
Enter your email address
Open the reset link from your email in a browser
Enter your new password twice
You can now log in with your new password
Note:
If you no longer have access to your old email, please create a new account with another email address.
Multiple accounts cannot be created with the same email.
If you are a new customer, you must create an account before placing an order:
Visit the Create Account Page
Enter your email address and password
Log in with your new credentials and start shopping
To cancel, contact us immediately by email or Messenger and provide your Order Number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and the customer is responsible for it.
Dhaka Halal Mart may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, price mismatch, or other reasons. In such cases, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded.
We restock frequently. If your desired item is not available, please send a request via the Query Form and we will try to arrange it.
Once your order is dispatched, a Tracking URL will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates usually appear within 2–10 hours.
You may track directly from the link, or via Japan Post / Sagawa tracking services.
Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to:
Courier partner operations
Handling issues
Unforeseen circumstances
Please use your tracking link for the most accurate updates, or contact us / the postal service directly.
If you miss a delivery, request redelivery via Japan Post Redelivery Form or contact us to reschedule.
If the product condition worsens during redelivery delays, Dhaka Halal Mart will not be held responsible.

Expired Products → Full refund (provide image showing expiry date, order number, and invoice)
Damaged, Spilled, or Rotten Products → Full refund (provide images + order details)
Missing Items → Provide package photo, delivered items, invoice image, and order number. After investigation, we will issue a refund.
Vegetables & Meat: Must be reported within 2–3 days of delivery
Other Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Credit Card: 5–10 business days (3.6% fee if refund is requested by the customer; no fee if refund is issued by us)
Points Refund: 1–3 business days, added to your Dhaka Halal Mart account
JP Post Cash Card: 5–10 business days (requires clear image and card number)
